1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ViciChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. ViciChat serves as the dedicated chat engine and core communication layer for the Vicilook ecosystem, connecting local users with each other, as well as with businesses, offices, institutions, and services within their current communities. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. GPS-Bound Access & Geographical Limitations

  • Physical Proximity Rule: ViciChat is strictly GPS-bound. You can only access, view, and interact with what is present in your current physical location.
  • Local Scope: If you are in a specific town or community, your access is limited strictly to discovering and communicating with everyone, businesses, and services located within that immediate physical vicinity. Spoofing or bypassing location parameters is a direct violation of these terms.

3. User Accounts and Communications

  • Messaging & Notifications: Users may send and receive direct communications and will receive real-time push notifications on the ViciChat app when a chat or message is received.
  • User Conduct: You agree to use ViciChat responsibly to communicate with local members, institutions, and businesses. Harassment, fraudulent activity, transmission of malicious code, or abuse of the hyper-local discovery system is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property and Ecosystem Rights

All core software architecture, design elements, databases, and structural components of ViciChat belong exclusively to the Vicilook ecosystem. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or redistribution of the platform’s proprietary code and features is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

ViciChat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The platform is not liable for real-world interactions, transactions, or disputes arising between users, local businesses, or institutions connected through the service. Use local discovery and communication at your own discretion.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of ViciChat following any updates constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.
